2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process All bookings must be made through our website. You may be required to create an account, and you can log in using your Google or Facebook credentials. You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process are accurate.

2.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, as specified during the checkout process.
• We accept payment via third party payment provider, including major credit cards and secure payment gateways.
• Any outstanding balance must be paid by the deadline specified, or your booking may be cancelled.

2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• General Cancellation Terms:
  1. Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing us at contact@tripsaarthi.com.
  2. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine the applicable cancellation charges.
  3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days and credited back via the original payment method.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees depend on when the cancellation is made in relation to the scheduled booking date. Please refer to the timeline below:
  1. More than 14 days before booking: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  2. 7 to 14 days before booking: 70% of the total booking cost will be refunded.
  3. 3 to 7 days before booking: 50% of the total booking cost will be refunded.
  4. Less than 3 days before booking: No refund will be provided.
• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, please refer to the cancellation terms specified above. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the booking date.
• Company-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer alternative travel dates or a full refund.

3. Travel Packages

3.1 Service Inclusions The specific services included in each package are listed on the relevant tour description page. These may include accommodation, transportation, guided tours, meals, etc.

3.2 Service Exclusions Items not specifically mentioned in the package are excluded, such as travel insurance, personal expenses, and certain meals.

3.3 Changes to Itineraries We strive to deliver the exact services and itineraries as listed, but we reserve the right to make adjustments due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or other issues beyond our control.

4. User Accounts and Social Login

4.1 Account Creation You may create an account on our website to facilitate booking and manage your travel preferences. You can also log in via Google or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Data Collection When using Google or Facebook login, we may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage the data shared with us via the privacy settings on your social media accounts.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Travel Documents You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary travel documents, such as Identification proof, and health certifications, for your destination.

5.2 Behaviour You must comply with all local laws and regulations of the destination. We reserve the right to remove you from a tour if your behaviour is deemed disruptive or harmful to other travellers or staff.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during travel, including but not limited to:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Illness or injury during travel

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Trip Saarthi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State, and any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, India.
